I,m getting ready for my weekend. Proud cause I did really well with working out and eating pretty good. I notice some people are not eating enough to sustain them thru work-outs, before and after. Your metabolism will slow down. It doesn,t have to be a lot, but something, protein and complex carbs. I also noticed at the gym, some people are doing exercises incorrectly, you can really hurt yourself that way. But I do get so irritated by people texting between sets or not putting the weight plates back. I wish they will be more considerate. At home, ive been adding some sprints to my walking cd,s for a boost, just 30 seconds at a time. We'll see what happens! Been doing an extra cardio cd on Sat. going to a housewarming tomorrow nite, its supposed to rain, and its hot, and they are smokers, not looking foward to that. Oh well!     Congratulations on doing well this week. I didn't. Enjoy your house warming party. Maybe the smokers will smoke outside and not in the house. emoticon
