This week I tried 3 different crockpot meals and all three were successes.
Tuesday was the Crockpot Spicy Roast. Served this with brown rice and veggies. Will be making burritos with the leftovers of this one.
Yesterday I made the Crockpot Cheesy Chicken. I had to run some errands at the mall but my SO and his friend said it was really good. This one was definitely a keeper.
I guess I'll have to find some new recipes for next week. Gotta keep track of the healthy eating along with the fitness portion....so Sparkrecipes here I come!!
