Dad still in hospital but doing great! Weak as a kitten but cranky as an old goat!

Had to have a "late snack" before bedtime - my calories were only 1000 and I know that was too low - so I had an english muffin with a smear of PB to make up the difference. Still a great Calorie Deficit!

Yes, the Exercise number is the calories burned for the day through brisk walking. I aim for 350-400 daily but sometimes I don't make it.

    Well done! 500 cals a day difference adds up to 1lb a week right? So thats a healthy goal and congrats on making the extra effort to reach it today :)
