Well....I had a rough couple of days. First ate too much fat, salt and junk on Sunday for dinner. Then felt icky on Monday. Then didn't eat or exercise enough on Tuesday or Wednesday due to a wicked headache & nausea. But I did eat healthy today and went for a long walk with hubby. So....a little set back...but right back in the saddle again. It did help that I lost another 3 pounds. Helped me regain focus a bit. Although I would like to think that I would have gotten back on track anyways.
Well, here is to better days ahead!
