I noticed alot of blogs today about getting off track and starting over. It must be something in the air because you can add me to that list. I have been in a funk for the past few weeks, not working out or eating like I should.
So today I went back to Spark Stage 1. Time to focus on the small steps I can take every day to give myself the gift of better health. My daily goals for the next two weeks are:
Exercise a minimum of 10 minutes a day
Drink 8 glasses of water
Pack my lunch
Listen to a get up and go song
