Getting back on track

My exercise routine took a back seat to social good times last week, so as of Sunday, I was back on track with 1 hr. weights, and a 6.36 mile run. Today I got in another 4 miles and an hour of weights and it felt great. We will see if I can get up before work in the morning to get in another run.

    I know this blog is about 14 months old but I do believe you are back on track and have been doing real good. As I have said before you are real consistent. Good for you and congratulations to you. Are you still running and working with weights or have you changed up anything. I work with a stationary bike and kettlebells. I had a knee replaced so I was advised not to do running or a treadmill.
