I got my workout in again today and did pretty good eating. I did 20 min of Zumba (totally forgot how FUN that is) and I did 20 min on the stationary bike. I did have a little too *much* sugar free candy today. . . need to stay away from that tomorrow, but I still did good on my calories! Only 245 days left in 2011. . .Gotta make them count!!!
