Hi everyone, well let me tell you, I have been feeling so much better since my last blog, the pool has given me a renewed energy! I was so frustrated , I was unable to do exercises because of my back and injured Knee, I was losing and gaining the same 5 lbs over and over again. Trying to exercise, but had to stop because of pain. Well now I can swim and do aerobics for 90 minutes, I was sore at first, but that is easing down now! Finally I can move without all that pain!
I have tweaked my diet a bit, trying to lower my carb intake, I'm doing pretty good, I have trouble eating all the food that I should be eating..but I try to get as close to the calorie range as I can!
I just wanted everyone to know that the frustration level has come way down..I swim 6 days a week, and do some strength exercises here at home.
I'm hoping with these changes that I will be seeing a loss in the near future!
