I got my workout and started T-Tapp. Wow, my legs were shaking half way thru instructional #1. This is going to be a great workout. It feels really weird to cut my workout time down to less than half a hour. I don't know if I can make it thru much more than that right now anyway though.

    I've been experiencing the same thing. It'll be really interesting to see the results in a month or 2 and I'm all for time-saving exercise and getting more bang for your buck! emoticon

    I know, it is an adjustment emoticon I am really enjoying the t-tapp workouts.

    It just doesn't feel right does it, to work out half the time and get such a great workout!
