Plans for today

If I eat as I have planned today, I will have eaten 1470 calories which is within my range, though at the high end. Still, I will be pleased. My daughter is planning to eat dinner (we call it supper here in Oklahoma) with me. One thing I am trying to do is to eat more meals with others, just be more with others generally. If I do that, I will be less lonely and also I will be expending more energy because nothing exhausts me like being with people, even talking on the phone for any length of time is difficult for me. I love to putter around my house and yard and to read -- these are my favorite things to do.
