So it is Monday and before I shower and get dressed
and get too busy I want to let you know my plans. I have been slowly upping my walking. I am a bit sore and have arthritis so I do not want to over do.. I stretch before I get up and after each walk.
I am on plateau since October... I have begged my husband not to eat in the evening after we already have had dinner. I do not know weather it would be better to just save dinner until we are sitting and watching a show called the Closer that we watch every time it is on or other cop show... I may have to give up TV in the evening because it is too easy to mindlessly eat with him... He also needs to take off weight. He is a yo yo dieter. He can fluctuate 25 pounds up and down.
I have been on Spark so I just go up and down maybe five.. But I want to get under my current weight of 175. So Just like the Grand Canyon was etched out of rock one drop at a time. I can change one walk at a time instead of one cracker and cheese....
