Whoa! No wonder I haven't gained weight!

For the last few weeks (*cough*month*cough*twomonths*
cough*) I have been less than perfect (*cough*CRAPPY*cough*) on my nutrition. I have pretty much ate everything I USED to eat, in mass quantities w/ no stopping.

Anyway, I couldn't figure out why I haven't gained a ton of weight back.

My body media just told me (already worth it's cost, on day three!)

5/8 BodyMedia Results (updated w/ final results on 5/9)
Cals burned: 3013
Cals consumed: 1314
Cal balance: -1699 (WHOOHOO!)
Physical activity: 2:35 minutes
Steps taken: 9231
Sleep duration: 6:38 - 90% efficient(yeah, that sucked)

Notes: I only walked for 52 minutes today, the rest is from WORK! I told ya'll I walked a lot there! And tonight I only worked 4 hours and 45 minutes total, normally I work 8.5 - AND it was a *slow-slow* night tonight. Nothing like the busy days when I'm sweating bullets!
NO WONDER I haven't gained any weight, even though I've ate a million doughnuts in a month! I burn the heck off at work!

Now here is my two part question:
1) Do I track those 2:35 minutes (into spark as minutes -- or as the 1000 calories over my 1991 spark BMI???

2) BLC captains/admin - Am I able to use that 2:35 in fitness minutes for challenges? I know not for LCW (well, I could use the 52 minutes of my walk today, but not the rest, if it were a Tuesday)

    Wow, well done! You can really get the lifestyle thing down. If you get the nutrition thing right, you will be a postergirl.

    Having a physical job certainly has its advantages. Now...if you could make healthier choices (besides doughnuts), you'd probably melt away to nothing! Good luck.

    WOW! That is quite the BURN from your shift! BLC policy is 'planned exercise' not the usual part of your work day. We have members in ALL varieties of jobs and some are more active than others, but the body adjusts to that... so the planned stuff is what is counted in 'fitness minutes'...
