When I received the emails regarding this challenge I put a lot of thought into whether I would start another challenge. This will be my third challenge. I never reached my 5% goal. I did lose 4-5 lbs during each of the challenges, however I was not successful in keeping it off.
I have spent a lot of time the last few weeks reading information on the web site - motivation, goal setting etc - and decided to approach this challenge differently. I did not really have a plan in the past. So this time I am going to track at least 5 days a week and continue with the 10 minute exercise streak. That is all!
Hopefully at the end of the eight weeks I will have a better grip on my food consumption and an idea on the next small change I will add to the tracking and exercise.
Finally in closing i must say when I saw writing a blog was part of this challenge I was not too happy but I am determined to fully participate. lol
