Tonight I made something new for supper. I'm calling it "Big Mac for Dieters"! It was SO yummy and identical to a Big Mac!
Whole wheat bun
Vlasic dill pickles with garlic (sliced)
light 1000 Island Dressing
fat free cheddar cheese slice
(1/4 inch thick) extra lean hamburger pattie
finely chopped onions (optional)
Fry your hamburger pattie and press very firmly between paper towels to soak up a lot of the grease! Open bun, put on 2 TBSP light 1000 Island salad dressing, hamburger pattie, fat free cheese slice, sliced pickles, onions and lettuce. Put bun top on and enjoy!!

EDIT - Cut calories and fat by using extra lean ground turkey or ground chicken. (Ground turkey has less calories and fat than ground chicken.) Fry the patties on an indoor grill or outdoor BBQ (no grease required. Hehee.) and use only 1TBSP of light 1000 Island dressing! Serve with a big garden salad or raw veggies. Om nom nom.
