Today was a really good day! I planned out the menu through next Sunday & did some cooking.
Water: drink at least 64oz per day
Approximately 72 oz drank today!
Spinach: at least 1 serving per day
Cardio: 5-6 x per week for at least 20 minutes
2 hour grocery store trip (walking & pushing cart whole time) & 40 minute walk with hubby & dog along with other household chores!
Strength Train: 3 x per week
Sweets: decrease, decrease, decrease!
One 90 cal cookie, 1 black bean brownie with very little sugar & 3 tbsp ice cream on top. Could still do better.
