Today was a really good day! I planned out the menu through next Sunday & did some cooking.

Goal updates:

emoticon Water: drink at least 64oz per day
emoticon Approximately 72 oz drank today!

emoticon Spinach: at least 1 serving per day
emoticon 3 servings!

emoticon Cardio: 5-6 x per week for at least 20 minutes
emoticon 2 hour grocery store trip (walking & pushing cart whole time) & 40 minute walk with hubby & dog along with other household chores!

emoticon Strength Train: 3 x per week
emoticon Not today.

emoticon emoticon Sweets: decrease, decrease, decrease!
emoticon One 90 cal cookie, 1 black bean brownie with very little sugar & 3 tbsp ice cream on top. Could still do better.
