Just one goal this week sounds very do-able.
I had planned to list a number of goals I want to achieve while on this challenge, but I really do like the idea of one goal per week.
And that goal is to eliminate the desire for sweets. I know I can do it because for the 6 weeks of Lent I skipped all desserts other than fruit, BUT then I started eating them again and was really craving them. I must learn to omit them permanently.
