Back to the scheduled program!!!!
163.4 DOWN A POUND!! Funny it was 162.9 on Thurs Morning but I ate some salty stuff so up it went. Thats cool.
The great thing for me this week is 7 days of exercise and I managed to do Friday which is the hardest day for me. I have a 7pm class Thurs and Friday is my 4th 10h day at work. So I fight getting up PERIOD. And to add exercise in the equation! after the killer workout thurs NOT!
BUT after getting home at 8pm I got on my treadmill and did a 30 min walk at 2.0 and listened to my IOWL podcast.
Calories burned this week 2697. Spark is screaming at me to eat more(did not track this week) So after recalculating sparks wants me between 1530 and 1880 calories. I know I did not meet that goal everyday just based on what I was eating. SOOOOOOOOOOOO
OKOKOK I will track a few days this week
I am back in the neighborhood AGAIN! This time I will pay attention to the map. Try not to get lost or turned around. HAHAHAHAH
I am gonna smile my way to 150 land I don't care it if is 159.9. Zoom zoom
Addendum I will track my food daily this week . I can do this!
