Well duh I think you all knew that.
Let's see, it's been just over 2 weeks since I started on sparkpeople and started focusing on losing weight. Here's what's been going on
- I bounce between 118-122 (mainly near the upper region)
- I have been making healthier choices overall, but it seems like almost every other day I eat something like a piece of greasy pizza or cheeseburger
- I am always hungry
- I exercise almost every day, but it usually is only about 10 minutes of cardio. Working on it.
- I don't like to push myself with exercise. When I have the time and motivation, I will exercise 40 minutes a day, usually 30 min in the morning and 10 at night. Not going to overexert myself thats for sure.
But mainly I feel like a yo yo. I haven't quite seen the changes except that I always feel hungry nowadays. I think that if I stick with what I'm doing- exercising daily for however long that may be and making conscious decisions about my food, I will see changes eventually. After all, it's only been 2 weeks and I REFUSE to overexert myself. I'll take my time and do it at my own pace.
