Well the Spring 5% challenge starts today and after 3 weeks of not weighing I seem to have gained 3 lb's!
I am not happy with my progress and have only myself to blame - Easter and chocolate are not good for me.
Now I am ready to start again, I have the tools and the support and now DH has been advised by the doc he needs to lose a little weight so I think in helping him it will keep me motivated - maybe I will challenge him to a weekly weight loss challenge.
I have a review booked at the gym for Thursday to change my gym routine so that should help as well and my next 5k is booked for 7th June so I will be training hard for that.
I have amended my goals and I am now ready to set off onn this 8 week journey.
