I need to set some goals, write them down & be accountable to them!! Just a little over a month until I will be on the beaches of Mexico!
Water: drink at least 64oz per day
Spinach: at least 1 serving per day
Cardio: 5-6 x per week for at least 20 minutes
Strength Train: 3 x per week
Sweets: decrease, decrease, decrease!
