Scale still stuck

Friday, May 06, 2011

So I very rarely get stuck like this on the scale. I'm happy because I FEEL a lot better, but I would really like to see the scale go down. I think I just feel bloated or full still. Not the flat belly that I had last week. Granted I know I had a slip up earlier this week but I'm hoping I can recover and see some progress!

Running program is going well...I have 3.5 miles tonight and 5 on Sunday. Then it is on to week 4! Ahhh it seems like it is going so fast but I HAVE to keep up! Race is only 100 days away! Woot woot!

P90X is going alright...we have some days to make up this week because of sleeping in and being lazy but we are still getting them done, one way or another. I did the Cardio X video for the second time and it seemed like a breeze! Pretty excited that it feels a little easier and its only week 2.

WHO WOULDA THOUGHT...that out of everything I am doing, I am the most sore from push-mowing the lawn yesterday! AHA HA! it was rough work. Not like a self-propelled mower either. It is a $2o, old beater and I never realized the hills we had in our yard before then. But honestly, I am glad I did it. We have been trekking over to Jordan's parent's house, loading up the riding mower, bringing it to our house, mowing the lawn, and then returning the mower. To use the push mower and get it DONE...and bonus workout...totally worth it!

I have the push mower workout as well! It sucks. For added fun, mine bags the grass so I have to stop every five minutes and empty the 20 lbs of grass into the cart!

It is hot and dusty and must burn 1 million calories!
