Since the beginning of the year, I've been on a mission to get in shape. For the most part, my energy has been directed towards increasing my activity. I've been working out at the YMCA regularly (zumba classes, weight training) and taking some yoga and cardio barre classes along the way. While I definitely feel better, I'm not seeing the results that I would really like to see, that is, weight loss. Just "winging" the nutrition part and exercising a whole lot is not going to help me reach my goals. So, here I am ... back again ... making a gallant effort to track every bite.
