Already got my workout in for the day. I did 30 min of Wii running and 10 min on Stationary bike. I am hoping to go for a walk tonight as well!! I felt REALLY GOOD after my workout last night. . . That "I could do this every day" feeling!! It was great!
I'm gonna try not to weight myself again until Monday morning. . . That will be the end of two weeks of low-carbing for me! I'm going to start transitioning in some healthy carbs, still aiming for around 20/day. Need to focus on VEGGIES next week!!
