Hi I've never blogged before. Im Erica and I have been with Sparks since Jan. I honestly haven't lost much weight, I just go up and down the same 5lbs. I have however started running again, and weight training. I feel better then I have in years, I have also lost 3" off my waist and 1.5" off my hips and 1"off my legs and arms! I find filling in my charts for nutrition and cardio has really helped keep me focused. I also have been learning alot about what I am eating and what i need to eat more of! Protein was low every day... every single day!! So I have added in a protein shake for my breakfast every day. Eating good foods isn't enough if your not getting all the nutrients your body needs. There is so much to learn here I love it! I hope all of you are doing well on your journey. And learning as much about yourself and the way your body works as I am... bye for now!
