I wanted to reach less than 165# by vacation so I could be more active. Well, vacation starts Saturday and I am at 163#, so I have met that. Have bought some new clothes but am also fitting into clothes I wore 2-3 yrs ago, not even tight, which is better. I can't stop now, have to have a new weight goal. I could not begin with a lot though I would like to lose more than 50# from where I started, afraid if I put that goal in I would give up. My next goal is 145 which is 50# from where I started. I know I will loosen up my strict eating as we are going on a cruise but I hope I am active enough to work it off. I will definitely miss the food tracker as I rely on it to keep me honest. Oh well, in any case I will get back on track after I return. I have learned a lot about what to eat and I find myself turning away from empty calories without much thought now, it has been ingrained into me.
