WhooHooo finally starting my blog!

Well this is my first blog, and I'm not sure exactly what to write. i still have mixed emoyions about getting started with this whole program, it feels like I don't know where or how exactly to start. I guess the best way to start is by researching the sight and getting to know my way around to get the full benefit of it that's what I plan on doing. I've been putting it off, but I saw a beautiful picture on Rockin V's spark page of the beach and ocean with DONE written in the sand , that inspired me, also Lindalou Number2 , her e-mails, candor and support has helped as well, along with OURMAMMAM, how she genuinely inspires and supports everyone!
It's ok if I'm not perfect everyday,,,
I went to Zumba class yesterday and it inspired me so, I just loved it, it makes me want to exercise more, so that's a good start...thaks all for the support, any suggestions are welcome!....Deb

    Glad to see you are finally in the land of Blogging. LOL. I know I get carried away with it sometimes. Sometimes I kinda use it as a diary. I can go back and see how I felt that way and what was going on and how my food was doing. I have learned a lot about my eating habits by just going back and reading old blog entries. If you want to keep things more personal there is an on line personal & private journal in with your calendar on the Sparks page. I use that too at times. Sometimes I think I blog to much and don't want people to get tired of me complaining. Anyway Keep on Blogging. You are doing good.

    PS. I am also happy I have inspired you. You do the same for me. You have been such an inspiration and strength for me. Together we can do it.
