...about skipping the gym. :-(

I think it is because I am pretty disapointed in myself for gaining 3lbss and not get back on track and being as strick as I have been. I've really been slipping these last 4 days. My 3rd and 4th days were better, but not great!

Spark on,

Why does food have to be so complicated? I wish junk food=healthy food because I have been having the same problem lately. I'm up a few pounds because I have basically been eating whatever I want. Oi, here's to us eating healthier. emoticon

We all have those days when we slip and it's tough getting back, I know from experience because I go through it pretty often! But it's o.k., it's a work in progress, those 3 lbs will come off as soon as you get back to your routine. Maybe you should try to work in some treats into your diet so that you won't feel deprived...
Don't give up, we're right there with you! emoticon

I get how you feel. I have hit a wall and tired of my food choices. I think I need to pull out some cook books or find some new exciting options. The good thing is spring veg and fruits are here so help is on the way. Hang in there. Hopefully the slump will end.

Wow, that was a looong day.
After a good rest and a bit of time to refocus you'll find you'll have a stronger resolve to withstand these times.

Have a good sleep and let you mind get some rest to get ready for the battle.

Sweet dreams.... emoticon
