Well did personal best on leg press at gym today-400 lbs which is the WHOLE stack of weights!! Had slowly been working my way up. Then Saturday lifted 300 so today said to myself it was going to be a heavy leg day because tomorrow is my active rest day. ANd I am sure gonna feel it tomorrow.
Lifted the whole stack 10 times then rested and did 2 more sets of 10 reps. maybe I will get that booty!!!
Now this is recent personal best could lift more in high school which was many many years ago!!!!!
