Ok,this is it.
With a lot of time on my hands it is easy for me to squander it away
so I have to get organized emoticonClean off my desk, organise my recipes and get started on the spanish lessons again.
Also this month i will try to eat clean, emoticon emoticon
no processed stuff,and as much whole grain as possible.
( husband not to fond of that)
I will only drink healthy stuff , emoticon
I will NOT give up my daily cup of java however.

    Health "experts" never can decide whether coffee is good or bad. I think right now it is considered to be "good". I agree!

    There are just some things we can not give up and one is coffee. For me there are couple of other things I must have occasionally like pizza and brownies! Wishing you the best! emoticon
