Woke up and ate egg, spinach, and swiss cheese. Went to Target and picked up a skinny caramel macchiato while I shopped. Then went to Khols to get my son some clothes and then we headed to go see Rio. I ordered cherry coke and popcorn which I totally regret! Didn't eat too much of it but I felt sooo sick afterwards. Not sure why but I did. Ate leftover caldo de res for lunch and then dinner was chicken breast with hot sauce(fake buffalo chicken), over spring mix and spinach, tomatoes, topped with swiss and light ranch. I sorta made my favorite buffalo chicken sandwich but minus the frying, breading, and bun. It wasn't amazing but it hit the spot;-).
Went to the gym, did bench step ups and bench hops before my run. I felt sick during the first 10 minutes so I walked the rest of it. Darn you popcorn and soda!!!
My lunch and snacks are packed for tomorrow:
bfast-oatmeal with craisins
lunch-grilled buffalo chicken breast, salad, tomato, swiss(basically a repeat of dinner)
snack-grapes, carrots and hummus
dinner-I'll probably have tilapia and asparagus or italian marinaded chicken breast and asparagus
Weighed in today and was at 152! I stepped on and off a few times to confirm! I'm so close to the 140's...hope I can break through finally. What's sad is that I was at 150 two summers ago but got really stressed and sidetracked at work and gained some weight back. I hit 171 and have managed to lose just about all of it. Then last summer I gained again and now this whole year has been just getting back to 150. I'm extremely confident that I'll get into the 140's by the end of May, hopefully within the next 2 weeks. That'll really put me on track to reach my ultimate goal of 135 by August.
