I decided I should have weekly goals, not just monthly goals or weight goals. This week, my goal will be to get 4 gold stars for meeting my calorie range. I know that doesn't seem like much of a goal...I should be doing that every day, right? But I'm averaging about 2 a week, so 4 would be a big improvement.
Update 5/4:
As of today, I only have one gold star for the week, for yesterday. So while it's still mathematically possible to meet my goal, it's highly unlikely, given events that are going on over the next couple of days. But I did lose a pound, so I must've done something right!
