Well today is my two week mark of the 30 day shred. I have been eating clean and no alcohol for over two weeks . I feel great except my knees are a little sore but I can deal. Still on level two and except for the squats with the v raises (hate them) I'm doing well with all the moves.
Can't wait to see what level three has to offer!!
Went for my first bike ride of the year today. What a great day it is with all the sunshine woo hoo!!! I'm going to try and bike at least twice a week not so much for the workout but because I love it!!!
