I discovered the new Jillian Michaels (from Biggest Loser) dvd: "Ripped in 30". It's a good workout, takes under 30 minutes to do, and I lost 2 pounds this past week - which is good considering I have now met my goal. Just wanted to share this, if you're looking for a switch-up for your workout. It offers a new workout each week for 4 weeks. (Although I plan to continue the cycle with heavier weights: 5 lbs to 8 lbs.) I purchased mine at Wal-Mart (exercise section) for $9.97. I'm excited to see what tomorrow's workout is - I'm starting Week 2.
