I want to lose at least 2 lbs this month. I have to up my cardio and be more strict in my diet on weekends. I have been sooooo busy and I forget to track. That is a mistake. Tracking what I eat it the most important thing!!!! I exercise at least 3 times a week and I feel energetic. So, that's good, but in order to be lean the most important thing is eating clean. I have to remember that!!!!!
