I'm going to try to blog my way through this challenge so I can see where I go off track and what motivates me.
Did the video (10 minute cardio kickboxing) and feel great for doing it. Logged my food, including the chicken marsala I'm making for dinner and I'll be in range for the day..even with 2 pieces of ciabatta bread..mmm. Did 60 minutes of cardio today and am at 13k steps.
Okay..going to shower and then get dinner started..
