Getting back to serious Sparks

Okay...so the past 3 weeks have not be fabulous for me. I have not been keeping up with my exercise and not staying close to my eating plan. Several days in the past two weeks I haven't even logged my food or my exercise. So far, I've been lucky and haven't undone the hard work I have done over the past 5 and a half months. I managed to hit the 50 pound loss mark but now I seem to be stuck. Not sure why, just haven't been able to commit to my daily routine like I was. So I am calling it a vacation and getting back to work.
Today I start again. A fresh start. I set new goals. I want to lose 10 pound by my son's graduation. I will get in 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and do at least 10 minutes of strength training 5 days a week. Now ... since my favorite walking buddy (my husband) has left town for a week I'm going to go call my backup walking buddy and see if she want to take a quick walk before the next round of rain gets here.
