It's a new month, the weather is slowly warming up in WI. The winter sweaters are packed away and the short sleeve tops, capris and shorts will be making their way out, so it's time for me to set a new goal & make improvements on existing goals for the month of May.
Improvements to existing Goals:
1) Drink at least 9 8 oz glasses of water daily, was drinking 8, but I know I can do 9.
2) Walk 2 to 2.5 miles 4 times a week and at least 1 mile on the remaining days. I have worked my way up to walking at least 2 miles, 3 days a week, but I know I can do more.
3) Get 6 servings of fresh fruits & vegetables daily. I have been getting in at least 5 servings, but i'm gonna work on getting in 6.
Start strength training. I plan to strength train 2 days a week. I need to train all over, but my upper body is weak and I need to build more strength in that area.
I will also continue to log all of what I eat in the nutrition tracker daily and continue to eat within my calorie range of 1200 and 1550 calories.
I'm ready to go.................. Let's get movin
