Finally!

It's been a little while since I posted a blog. I was having issues with losing weight and inches even though I was working out 5 days a week. I have been trying something new the last 3 weeks and it has seemed to help. First I have cut out all most all wheat from my diet. I have no more bloating or gas so that is the first benefit. I am also trying to eat a few organic items - eggs and peanut butter are a few things I have tried. My stomach feels lighter and I have lost 1.5 inches from my waist. I also lost .5 inch off my thighs and 4.5 lbs. I had gained some back so it doesn't show that I have lost any but I have. I finally feel like my hard work is starting to pay off!
