May Goals

My goals for May are:

1. Exercise at least 10 min a day
2. Add strength training 3 days a week
3. Track food @ day
4. Track exercise @ day
5. Read 2 chapters of Bible @ day
6. Read a few pages of "The Spark" @ day
7. Get at least 50 points @ day.
8. Encourage someone @ day
9. Drink at least 4 glasses of water @ day
10. Get 6 hours of sleep @ night

I think they are doable, so wish me luck.
