This morning I got up at 7:30am which is really early for especially on the weekend. But I want to get back into a good sleep/wake cycle since I will be starting school in a month and will have to get up earlier than that. I also ate a good breakfast, got my daughter in the stroller and headed out for a nice 30-min walk despite the wind and pollen in the air. Thank goodness my allergy pill worked today. I even drank a good amount of water this morning! Ok so I'm making progress today! I'm really trying to get into a routine I can stick with because I usually can come up with a good plan, but sticking to it has been the problem. Well, I'm not a morning person at all, but I am going to make this change because today I feel great! And that's what it's all about.
