Sleep and cheer up!

It's always fun to start typing when you have no idea what you're going to say... :)
I slept well last night, for a change, and could have slept longer. Sleep is soooo important! When you're tired, you have so much less will power. Plus, the depressing things get to you more... it's interesting how different things can look when you're feeling down. Sometimes, all it takes is a sunny day to let you see it all in a whole different light!
So, if you don't have a sunny day, maybe you could make one, somehow. When you're feeling down, do something to cheer yourself up. Read over those wonderful things people have said, plan for something fun in the near future, etc. Make an effort to "look on the bright side", even if it does take a lot of effort!
However, no problem here--it's a wonderfully sunny, warm day! Now to see if I can't get something done... including today's food tracking, oops! :P
