Day 4 Food Log

Breakfast:
~1/3 cup oats with 1/2 banana, 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds, cinnamon, stevia and 1 tsp of flax seed
~2 egg whites
~1 cup non sweetened almond milk
~coffee with stevia

snack:
~Quinoa with cinnamon stevia and 1/2 pear
~coffee with stevia

Lunch:
~5 small strawberries
~Chicken with grilled veggies(onion, mushrooms, peppers and broccoli) on top of Quinoa
~Water with lemon

Snack:
~1 hard boiled egg and 1 egg white chopped and mixed with chopped radishes & celery
~Water with lemon

Dinner:
~ 3 oz grilled chicken on a big green salad topped with balsamic vinegar and a bit of olive oil
~Water with lemon

Snack:
~Protein powder shake/green monster made with 1 cup non sweetened almond milk and 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 tsp of flax seed and 1/2 of a frozen banana

Food:
I did well. I resisted pizza, breadsticks AND brownies at bible study! GO ME! :-)

Exercise:
None (planned rest day)
