Knowing that I was going to head to bed @ 8:30 p.m. last night in order to wake up @ 1:50 a.m. to watch the Royal wedding until 6 a.m., I logged in evening snack calories for a cucumber sandwich & a cup of tea last night. I also took my thyroid medication when I got up & waited an hour before eating my "wedding snack" @ 3 a.m. Am really proud of myself for planning ahead & sticking to it!
Additionally, I committed myself to doing 3 seated versions of Leslie Sansone's "2 Mile Walk" 3x a week (in addition to my stretching/cardio/strength Chair Workouts on the other 3 days) & I've just completed mile #6 for this week - Ta DA!
All systems are working! YIPEE!!!
