I have been ill and in alot of pain and on Monday May 2 , I will have neck surgery and will be away for awhile so will be back as soon as i can get to the computer without to much pain don't have to worry about diet my throat will be to sore to swallow for a while. will check in when Iamable I will still continue with my goals. thanks
