I have been at this for months now. I feel like I'm falling off track. Like I need a break.

    Don't stop now, it is a "for life" life style change.. Take one day at a time, don't put time limits on stuff.. Enjoy what you eat and make exercise a friend.. Find solutions to nagging problems, don't let them gang up on you.. Use the forum boards and your sparks friends to shout out for help..
