Ever since the week I was sick and didn't go to Curves, I have been slacking...and I don't like it. I do manage to get to Curves 1 or 2 times a week, but I really should be going more since I currently have the time.
My WW points tracking has also been suffering, and the past few weeks I have been putting a little on, losing it, putting it on, losing it. So overall I haven't really gone up any, but I would really like to continue going down instead of getting stuck here.
So I am asking for help. Some encouraging words are needed to help me get back on track and focused.
