Needing some encouragement

Ever since the week I was sick and didn't go to Curves, I have been slacking...and I don't like it. I do manage to get to Curves 1 or 2 times a week, but I really should be going more since I currently have the time.

My WW points tracking has also been suffering, and the past few weeks I have been putting a little on, losing it, putting it on, losing it. So overall I haven't really gone up any, but I would really like to continue going down instead of getting stuck here.

So I am asking for help. Some encouraging words are needed to help me get back on track and focused.

    Just get back on track and dont forget why you are doing this,you have came this far dont give up. emoticon

    I've found that just going through the motions and doing it - tracking, going to the gym, etc - eventually gets me motivated again. But, until then, maybe try to think of some non-scale victories, try a new gym glass, etc. good luck finding a new spark to motivate you!
