Happy to be alive!

Thursday, April 28, 2011

Good day SP friends. I am so happy to be alive after a bad night of storms. We are a house full of very sleepy people (and dogs) but all glad to be here today. I hear most of the storms went North of us and tornadoes swept across the South. I can't imagine what it's like to have everything you own and love come crashing down. God bless those who are in need and have been affected by this wave of bad weather. On another note, my appetite has taken a huge turn. I still crave the sweet, salty, starch...ok, I still crave it all, BUT I am noticing that when I eat what I crave I am not finding it to be the tasty joy I thought it was going to be. Therefore I am eating much less and I am not going back to the kitchen (as often) to search for that goodie. I am thankful for that! Hope to keep it up. Shout out to all of you to keep up the good work! Going to take a nap now. I am beat!! Take care!

Glad you and your family are safe and doing ok emoticon Keep up the good work with the eating. Left over Easter candy is getting the best of me; can't wait for it to be gone! But have been consistant with my nightly exercise to help offset it. Hope you got the rest you need. Take care emoticon
