Well, I completed the first day of the 30 Day Shred workout. It was not as difficult as I remember it but I struggled through the push-ups! That's my weakness. I've noticed that I need to use different weights for different exercises. So I will try that next time and hopefully will get a better burn. I am planning on sticking with the first level at least a few more times until I am getting through the push-ups easily and then on to the 2nd level.
I will use this Blog to keep me accountable...surely I can commit 20 minutes a day for this workout!
