WIth WW I get a certain amount of points per day then a weekly amount. My week always starts on Saturday. I have been on a major bread/carb binge and my weekly points were G-O-N-E by Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't now if it is because I just haven't been eating as much fruit which is where I usually get my carbs from or if I just want the white rolls that I don't usually eat.
Doing WW I can earn extra food by working out but of course that is sooooooo counterproductive. And to add to frustration can't really workout like I want to due to gym having flooding problems once again!!!
