For those who know me, know that my goal for this summer was to get into a bikini. I've shed a lot of weight over the last 15 months and this Spring I've been on the hunt for one. I finally bought one today! I posted on my Spring into Boot Camp team page that it was my goal, so now I'm committed to it! I'm taking my Torture Chamber and Quick Fire challenges serious! I've loved looking at all my SP Friend's pictures and their transformations. I've been inspired. I really want to get tight and toned this year.
This week I've done (for my Torture Chamber and Quick Fire team challenges):
Push ups = 90 (incline, decline, triceps dips, etc)
Squats = 90
Lunges = 90
Skater lunges = 90
Oblique (crunches, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches) = 90
Ran 4 miles of hills
Calf raises with weights
And many more I'm forgetting about from my Super Scuplt and Boot Camp classes this week...
